Jethou Trip

The Friends of Les Bourgs Hospice are very grateful to Sir Peter Ogden for hosting a charity day in Jethou. This is an amazing opportunity to visit one of the smallest channel islands which is privately occupied and only open to visits by the public on rare occasions.

Date: Saturday 29th July 2023 (departure from Guernsey 11am and return from Jethou 3.30pm)

Tickets:
£40.00 per Adult 
£20.00 for children (aged 7-16 and must be accompanied by an adult)
Maximum of 6 tickets per booking.

**Please note that pets are not allowed on the island.  The Island is non smoking in all areas and the trip is not suitable for children under the age of 7 or those with mobility problems.**

Ticket Price includes: Return ferry travel, an opportunity to walk all the way round Jethou, freshly made tasty baguettes, crisps, hot dogs, refreshments and a Pimms bar provided in Sir Peter Ogden's Manor Garden.  Jethou's Pub will also be open with "Liberation Ale" kindly supplied by the Liberation Group.

There will also be a bumper raffle with tickets only available by cash or card on the day with a star prize of a 25 minute helicopter flight. Lots of other raffle prizes kindly donated by many local sponsors.  These include Herm Island, Octopus, The Duke of Richmond, Aladdins Cave, Josefs, Island Rib Voyages, Old Government House Hotel, Le Nautique, Geomarine, Bougourd & Harry Ltd, Les Cotils, Thai Too, Rubis, The Golden Lion, Good Rebel, Indian Cottage, Boatworks Plus and Craftwise.

 

We know that not everyone will be able to afford a ticket for this trip, or may want one but will miss out when they go on sale so we will be running a raffle to WIN 4 tickets for our Jethou Trip (worth £160). 

Tickets are £2.00 each and will be on sale at our Charity Shop and at the Health Connections shop, Market Square.

The Draw will take place on Friday 30th June 2023.
