Les Bourgs Hospice has a beautiful Board Room which is ideal for meetings and training sessions for up to 30 people without a table or 20 if a table is required. The room is fully equipped with controllable heating, WI-FI internet connection, a lap top and power point projector and the room is comfortable and located away from the Nursing areas with separate access.
There is a lift, if required, to gain access to the room and the views from the windows are lovely as it overlooks our gardens.
The room can be provided for a whole day or half a day or an evening hire and during the day a sandwich lunch and tea and coffee can be provided at a small charge. There is limited parking on site, for large meetings please discuss parking arrangements on booking.
By using our Board Room for your function you will have an excellent facility in a great location and will be supporting the Hospice in its efforts to raise in excess of £1,040,000 PA running costs. Les Bourgs Hospice is a fantastic environment for any meeting, away from interruptions and telephones, but still accessible to all.
For more information please contact the fundraising team or download the information sheet or poster below.
Please spread the word about this fantastic facility to all your contacts to help us utilise the Board Room and raise much needed funds for the Hospice.
