At the heart of patient care is our clinical team of HCA’s, Nursing Associates and Nurses.  Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team you will be adding to the skills and expertise of a very dedicated group of people who put compassion and care at the heart of their day-to-day jobs, helping us to deliver excellent services to our patients and supporting their families and carers.

Chairperson, Board of Directors.

As part of succession planning, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Board. The Non-Executive Chair will lead the Board and Executive to deliver the Hospice’s mission and vision, providing inclusive leadership, guiding the Board to fulfil its responsibilities for the effective governance of the Hospice. They will act as an ambassador and the public face of the Hospice, in partnership with the Chief Executive.
The position is non-remunerated. Successful candidates will have the following desirable attributes: Strong leadership skills and fortitude to chair Board meetings and to be a guiding hand to the Hospice Team; experience working with volunteers in a charitable organisation; and financial literacy.

Nursing Staff

We are looking to recruit Full time, Part time and Flexi Bank Registered Nurses, Nursing Associates and Nursing HCA's.

These posts have a varied role working within the in-patient unit and you will be working with a small, close-knit team of people giving first rate care to those patients with life limiting illnesses.

If you would like to arrange an informal visit to the hospice to discuss with one of our team the opportunities available or to find out more about what we do before making a decision on applying for any of our available roles we would be delighted to hear from you and can look to arrange a visit at a time that suits you.
